This is another bomb salad we've been making a lot of this summer, it's so light and so tasty. 

7 ripe sliced up strawberries
5 small sliced up tomatoes
5 sliced up medium bocconcini 
1 cup quinoa 
1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 
2 tbsp pesto 
1/4 cup sliced up basil
