Fall is for Changes....
Monday, September 30, 2019
It has become evident to me that my passions have shifted in what I want to pursue and spend my time pursuing. I kept finding myself pulling towards writings about self acceptance, body diversity in fitness etc, and this just does not seem like the platform for it. I still love fashion but if you want to see my cute outfits that'll have to just stick to the 'gram over @jennastevie

Marshalls Beach
Monday, September 9, 2019
The best spot to get a good view of the golden gate bridge is Marshalls Beach, it's a bit more challenging to get to than some of the other spots but not too bad I made it in a skirt and flats. It's a nude beach, however there was only two semi nude individuals there when we wandered around and it was about noon & a beautiful day.
Seriously, there was barely anyone around. It was so peaceful to hang out on the beach and take some photos of such an iconic bridge. San Francisco is such a great city, but it's very very busy. Also the driving there is incredibly stressful so being able to take a morning to just relax was very very necessary.
Explore San Francisco

Explore: The Painted Ladies and the park around it was so lovely, especially at sunset. There's a giant dog park too!
To Eat: Lolo, the BEST tacos we've ever had. And in such a great neighborhood, I highly recommend shopping up and down the street here before or after dinner. There was a great shop called After Life Boutique that had some awesome vintage pieces. And the bookstore called Dog Eared Books had an amazing selection!
Hike Yosemite
Tuesday, September 3, 2019
One of my favourite parts of our whole trip was our hike in Yosemite! I wish we had been able to do the half dome but you need a permit for that one and I did not get ahead of things enough. Also half dome takes about 9-12 hours so it's best if you're staying right in the park.
We decided to go with the mist trail, checking out vernal and nevada falls. It was a very very beautiful hike and not too strenuous. It's just over 10km and the elevation gain is 668m I believe. So some of it is quite steep, which was fun.
It only took us about 4.5 hours and was lots of fun, but best to get there nice and early. The crowds are intense, and it gets quite hot there in the summertime. We started the hike at 730 am, it was nice and cool and significantly less people on the trail.
View of part of the mist trail from the top.
Headstand, because why not?
