Stuffed peppers are so delicious and so healthy depending on how you make them! Great to throw in a slow cooker and come home to 

6 peppers
1lb ground turkey 
1 container Feta
1 large can stewed tomatoes
10 mushrooms, 3 green onions
3 tbsp of cumin
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp of garlic powder

1. Mix cumin, onion powder and garlic powder together and cook with the ground turkey. Add some pepper in too!
2. Remove insides from peppers, place on parchment paper with olive oil cook in oven for 10 mins @ 350 degrees 
3. Finish cooking the turkey, add in stewed tomatoes
4.  When the peppers are done spoon in the mixture, top with feta 
5. Cook @ 350 for 25 minutes
